Dato’ Philip Chan Hon Keong, aged 45, was appointed as a Director of the Company on 31 May 2007. He is an Independent Director of the Company. He is also a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney. He currently practices as an Advocate & Solicitor in Skrine.

He has experience in various areas of practice including banking and corporate finance; asset based financing, commercial law, energy, natural resources & utilities, project financing, venture capital and real estate.

He is also holds directorships in Scope Industries Berhad and Ecofirst Consolidated Berhad.
