Encik Faizal Bin Abdul Aziz, aged 35, is a Malaysian. He was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 28 August 2006, and was also appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

He holds a Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from Curtin University, Australia and is currently the executive director of both investment and construction companies. He sits in the board of several other private limited companies
