Mr. Tay Hua Sin, aged 57, is a Singaporean. He is the Group Managing Director and was appointed on 31 March 2000.

He is also a member of the Remuneration Committee. He holds an Honours degree in Business Studies from United Kingdom and has more than 20 years experience in the regional timber industry.
