Tan Sri Datuk Amar Haji Abdul Aziz Bin Dato Haji Hussain, aged 60, was appointed as a Director of the Company and Chairman of the Board of Directors on 31 May 2007. He is a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Economics in Business Administration degree from the University of Malaya and a Masters in Business Administration in France from Syracuse University, New York, USA. He was the State Secretary for Sarawak until his retirement in December 2006. He is also currently the Managing Director of Sarawak Energy Berhad.

He also holds directorships in Mlabs Systems Berhad, Borneo Housing Mortgage Finance Berhad, Koperasi Koppes Berhad, Syarikat SESCO Berhad and several private limited companies.
